Relaxing ambience at sunrise on the Mediterranean coast in Calpe. The Peñón de Ifach Natural Park rises majestically out of the Mediterranean Sea. Its steep cliffs are illuminated by the first rays of the day and appear in orange-brown hues. The coastal scene is framed by pine trees. The blue of the sea meets the green of the trees and the warm sunlight in the morning.
This photograph is dedicated to the sight of Peñón de Ifach during sunrise. Walking along the coast and views of the Mediterranean landscape between Calpe and Benissa inspire me a lot. Very early in the morning, the ambience on the Costa Blanca is very calm and the surroundings are bathed in enchanting colours for a brief moment.
The Peñón de Ifach (Penyal d'Ifac) Natural Park is the landmark of the coastal town of Calpe. It is an excellent vantage point and a popular destination for hikers. But even when viewed from a distance, there are interesting perspectives in which the Peñón de Ifach is the eye-catcher.
This photograph is meant to bring some of the Mediterranean charm of the Costa Blanca and its characteristic mountain called Peñón de Ifach into your home.
