Are you a real plant lover? Or do you like plants, but not to water them? Then this painting might be for you!
This is a leaf of the Philodendron Monstera, also called hole plant (which is of course much easier to remember ). This plant is native to tropical rainforests from southern Mexico to Panama. It has beautiful decorative green leaves.
I created the painting with watercolors. Real handiwork! The original is 30 x 40 cm, but the nice thing about a print is that you can choose any size and material you want.
The painting has been photographed in such a way that the structure of the watercolor paper is still clearly visible. This has the advantage that it looks even more like a real painting, even though it is a print.
I painted several leaves. Two green leaves and another one in variegated colors. These can be combined if you prefer to buy two or three paintings to match. All three can be found in my shop in the "plants and flowers" folder.
I used the following colors: different shades of green.
Welcome to this personal shop that is part of my company Shot it photography and paintings. In my daily life I like traveling, working with people, going into nature and trying out something new. That I like many different things is also reflected in my paintings. They are often colorful and the subjects and styles are diverse. My photos (which you can view here: https://shotitfotografie.werkaandemuur.nl/) are pure in color and often have wide views. Feel free to take a look in my shop.
