Once upon a time, there was a beautiful field of poppies somewhere in South Holland. My aim was to photograph the poppies in my own way, that is, light, soft, pastel and cheerful in colour. This succeeded by using multiple exposures. This little work of art contains 4 photos superimposed in the camera. It has almost become a painting that I am very happy with. Hopefully others can appreciate it too.
The photo fits anywhere people like to be made happy. The poppy represents hope and love. Even though this poppy was almost finished flowering, it still gives the viewer a lot of comfort and joy. This picture fits in a lot of different spaces, as long as colour is desired, it is good.

I have been working as a portrait photographer from 2010 until 2021. And since 2013 I am expanding my photography to nature photography and teaching. I can put all my passion for nature in this. I love being outside enjoying every sound and view. I love to capture the small and huge wonders of nature.
I like to photograph with passion and I like to add a sense of warmth and cosyness in my shots. I very much like the enthusiasm of other people when they view my shots.
