I came across this little piece of art in Prague near the French embassy on a wall. I seem to remember that this was originally the Lennon wall created in the 1980s and inspired by John Lennon and the Beatles' lyrics. This wall was later repainted many times and inscribed with varying expressions of protest against local or global problems and for calls for global ideals such as love and peace, among others. Unfortunately, it has also been completely soiled by other so-called graffiti sprayers and visitors' signatures.
During my travels across the various continents I have made many portraits. Street photography and portraits are the things I do then. The countries I visited with my wife are Ethiopia, Mali, South Africa, United States, Canada, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, China, India, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Tibet, Hong Kong, Singapore, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Dubai, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, and of course most of Europe.
