The portrait of a Scottish Highland cow on a farm in the Black Forest in Germany fascinates with its majestic appearance. The imposing animal radiates a natural beauty that immediately fascinated me.
I deliberately kept the picture of the Highland cattle in two colours to emphasise the essentials. The striking horns and the dense coat were particularly well emphasised as a result.

Hello dear visitors,
my name is Thomas Klee and I live in a small contemplative place in the southern Black Forest near Freiburg.
I started with photography (analog) at the age of 10 and since then I have tried almost everything that was available on the market. Today I have arrived at my NIKON Z7 with which I create my pictures.
Whenever my time allows you can find me in my photo studio tweaking the lighting to create a new image. I also love to capture beautiful subjects with my camera while traveling and capture them on a good picture.
What is also very interesting, the search for always new or creative (even antique) props and objects to bring my vision to life in a new image.
I love very many facets and areas of photography, I am always especially fascinated by playing with the subtleties of light and shadow and the possibilities that arise.
The still life and fine art images on these pages are one of my passions. Through the appropriate lighting, composition and selection of the right props, I try to give each image a feeling or emotion. Properly executed, a still life can transport you to another place, time or emotion.
