This Scottish highlander runs in a herd through the Kromslootpark in Almere. On this beautiful autumn day with threatening clouds he was very curious when I wanted to photograph him.
A creative beginner with an eye and feeling for atmosphere, detail and colour. I capture a feeling, an emotion in a catchy image!
Hours wandering through nature, the beautiful cities in our country but certainly also the cities elsewhere in the world. The 'wow' feeling I get from so many things! Our unforgettable trip to New York in 2019 has resulted in beautiful photos, a beautiful city with millions of colors, smells, people, lights when night falls. I want that atmosphere on my wall at home!
Scottish Highlanders, what impressive animals, huh?! And I can guarantee you that sometimes I walked through the woods with trembling legs, and with trembling hands I operated my camera when I came very close to take a picture. Those images also have a lot of value and atmosphere for me. By now I have 3 Scottish Highlanders hanging on my own wall.
And then the raw industrial atmosphere, pure and deserted but certainly no less atmospheric. Fitting in an industrial interior, but also in a rural space, these photos come into their own!
In short, work on the wall is so personal but so broad. I sincerely hope that I can add a nice atmosphere to many walls through my photos. I can guarantee that every work I have in my shop would absolutely want to be on the wall myself.
