"Still life in shades of brown and gold: The Hydrangea Leaf" is a macro photo of a hydrangea leaf, which is decaying, showing the beautiful vein structure beautifully. This leaf has beautiful warm colours in different shades of brown (like beige, taupe, light and dark brown, for example). The leaf lies on a bed of a water-retaining layer of gold. This creates a distinct texture, which feels almost graphic, but it is still really photographed.
A warm, rural still life, which exudes peace and calm.
If you zoom in on the work, you can nicely see the detailed structure of the hydrangea leaf. In addition, you can then also nicely see the contrast between the structure of the leaf and the background.
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the dining room, kitchen, bedroom or simply above the sofa! (Also, of course, beautiful in business spaces such as on the wall in a conference room, office, waiting room or practice room!)
