I bought at the market two quinces and two beautiful artichoke branches wrapped in purple paper. At home, I put the torn paper and the pears on the garden table in the sun for a while. And voila, it really couldn't be more beautiful. Yellow and purple are complementary colors. And the white of the inside of the paper, beautiful.
Those pears ended up in the studio and not in the kitchen.
I am very happy with this painting myself, it has become a beautiful picture.
I make paintings of animals and objects from everyday life. Everything that catches the light beautifully can become a painting. I often edit my paintings digitally before they are sold as art prints.
As an art print, it is beautiful on canvas but very modern is also a print on glass.
