After the grain harvest in the Hoeksche Waard there are bales of hay everywhere but also large rolls ready for transport. The rolls with straw and hay bales are often used as fodder for horse stables. The photo was taken near Goudswaard which is a village in the Hoeksche Waard.
From the photography trips that I make, there are photos that I would like to share with you. These are photos from abroad but also within the Dutch borders. National Geographic also noticed these photos because a photo of me was already chosen as photo of the month. Exactly 10 years later I was approached at the beginning of 2017 to submit a photo for the National Geopraphic Calander 2018. And now I'm in the National Geographic calendar 2020 with a photo of a hunting coyote, made in Yellowstone NP. Two publications in three years time at NatGeo, of course I am very proud of that!
