The sunrise at the "Tokangawhā / Split Apple Rock" was one of my personal highlights of our trip through New Zealand. It is located on the northern coast of the South Island - the Tasman Bay. A particularly picturesque stretch of coastline on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park. The light that morning was breathtaking. It felt like the sky was on fire and the sand was glowing.
Travelling has always been a big part of my childhood and at some point I wanted to capture all the beautiful places I've seen - so I bought my first camera. Photography quickly became my way of creating art and keeping memories.
