A view of the drowning cottage, which can be found on Terschelling's beach. It is one of the larger Wadden Islands in the Netherlands, so this cottage is fairly remote.
For this photo, I had been looking for a nice foreground for a while, which would enhance the main subject and add extra lines to the image. The lines in the sand give a nice contrast, with the beach in the background. The outer lines of this sand dune, give the image extra depth.
This photo was taken with the sunset, giving you nice warm tones in the sky!!!
