The HafenCity University Subway Station in Hamburg is an astonishing piece of architecture.
To service the new quarter and university, the city expanded its subway system—the U-Bahn—with the construction of a new station, the HafenCity University subway station, which opened in November 2012.
There are many inspiring architecture features in the station but the most striking is that the color changes continuously. It goes from red as you can see in the photograph to blue, purple, pink etc.
