About "The red rhyolite rocks of the Cote d'Azure"

About the artwork

On the coast in France between Marseille and Cannes lies the beautiful natural area of Esterel. The whole area is called Cote d'Azur and it is here that the striking red rocks can be found. I took this photo on the mountain behind our cottage. Late in the afternoon, we climbed up to enjoy the golden hour. When we were at the top, I saw this beautiful rock formation lit up in the sunset. The warm sun coloured the rocks even redder than they already were, giving a nice contrast to the vegetation around them. As there are no people or buildings in the photo, I chose in this one to include as many rock layers as possible. Rocks in the foreground, middle ground and mountains in the background. This still gives you a sense of depth.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
