A tribute to Niki de Saint Phalle (1930-2002), she was a French-American painter and sculptor. In the mid-sixties she presented her version of the archetypal woman, the 'Nana'. Her Nana figures, expressive man-sized polyester sculptures painted in bright colours, are world famous and caused a stir in the modern art world. In 1966 she made a 27 metre long reclining Nana in Stockholm, which can be entered through the vagina.
