About "Urbex photography as an art form"

About the artwork

Urbex photography, or photographing abandoned buildings in sometimes dilapidated condition. It is photography that involves risk. You seek access to dilapidated and abandoned buildings to photograph them from the inside. Urbex photography is not without risks and it is therefore better not to go out alone. Urban exploring, has everything to do with art and passion and nothing to do with breaking and entering. However, urban exploring is not entirely legal, in most cases you enter spaces that are closed to the public and not always without reason. In some cases, the structures you explore are dangerous due to danger of collapse. Urbex photography has some unwritten rules, leave nothing but footsteps and take nothing but photographs and leave everything as you found it. Show respect for the location and leave it uncontaminated for other Urbex photographers and enjoy your work.
