A view past a moored barge to Tower Bridge London, an iconic Victorian structure which is a giant movable roadway built to avoid traffic congestion. The centre of the bridge raises upwards to allow boats with high masts to pass through roughly three times each day (about 850 times per year). It is one of the most famous architectural structures in the world. On a dull, dreary day, The bridge stands proud amidst the gloom.
