View of a street in De Panne (Belgium) - Oil on canvas - Pieter Ringoot Presumably this impressionist rendering is a view from a house in the Brouwersstraat towards the H. Vanelverdinghestraat in De Panne (West Flanders - Belgium) This around 1980.
The work can be called impressionist but also has characteristics of a pointillist painting style. This can be seen especially in the foreground in the styles of the window. Pieter spent several holidays in the house in Brouwersstraat with his family. I myself, grandson of Pieter and custodian of his work, also spent several holidays there.
You can find more of Pieter's works on the website of www.galerieringoot.com.
