"Warm light warms the Tragopogon (Morning Star)" is a macro photo of a piece of a beautiful fluffy ball of a Tragopogon.
When taking this photo, I chose a small depth of field, so only a small area is very sharp, everything in front and behind it gradually fades away. This choice creates a dreamy atmosphere in the photo, as a large part is blurred, giving it an abstract image, if you zoom in on the work you can see this clearly. At the same time, this also creates a sense of depth in the work.
A Tragopogon (in the Netherlands this flower is also called the Morning Star) is a member of the Composite family, just like the dandelion. When the flower has finished flowering, it turns into a ball of fluff, as shown here. The fluff of the Tragopogon has a different structure from that of the common dandelion, they have a more cobweb-like structure.
This work could hang beautifully (on, say, aluminium or HD metal) as a wall decoration in the bedroom, kitchen, hall or just above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
