What beautiful horses in this Turkish landscape of Cappadocia. For this photo I lay flat on the ground with the confidence that the horses would walk past me. I grew up among animals and don't feel unsafe easily. Maybe I should be more careful sometimes but as a photographer you just want the best vantage point for your image.

Paula Romein is a Dutch photographer who has been working for various companies since 2008. She is also a travel photographer, which is her great passion.
She began her studies at the Stichting Kunstzinnige Vorming in Rotterdam and later followed the course at Martin van Thiel's photography school in Utrecht. Paula lives with her partner Rolf and their two cats in the Zeeland village of Burgh-Haamstede.
