About "Willow Island On Falmer Pond Sussex"

About the artwork

I was born in Brighton in the South of England and, as a child, my parents would take us to visit this little pond. My siblings and I loved it! We took food for the ducks and a picnic for ourselves and it was a lovely day.

As an adult I have been back to the pond several times, this time taking my parents in my car. We sat and enjoyed an ice cream, watching the ducks, herons and seagulls squabbling over food. On the green area near the pond I have seen families with young children sitting having a picnic just as we did.

This picturesque little island on Falmer Pond in Sussex, England, has several beautiful weeping willows that provide shade and a nesting area for the ducks and other wildfowl that inhabit the pond. In the image you can see the reflections of the willows in the water. Willow Island on Falmer Pond provides a little oasis of tranquility for all who visit.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
