Matching color of the subject against a background was the focus of this photo. The warm yellow of the autumn leaves was my subject for which I had to find a background. This I found in a bottle of olive oil against which sunlight was shining.

Because I like to walk a lot and capture the beauty of nature I got an "old" Nikon D5200 from a hobby photographer friend of mine.
I thought it would be fun to photograph flowers from up close so I quickly bought a macro lens. This gave me a lot of pleasure. Nature is so beautiful.
Later I traded my Nikon in for a new camera. A Sony from the A series for which I also bought a macro lens. Besides photographing nature, I also find it interesting and facinating to photograph (dilapidated) buildings and objects.
