Sander de Wilde (NL 1968) is mainly known as a portrait photographer.
He's also a visual artist, doing paintings, etchings, drawings and installations.
His visual work is actually always about people in their environment. In street photography and in Cobra-like works on paper, people are always present somewhere.
His graphic work is regularly exhibited, as are his street photographs.
Since 2007, he has lived and worked in Brussels. His studio Die Neue Grizzley can be visited on request.
