For a couple of hours I tried to photograph these ibexes above the Italian town of Alagna. They got used to me more and more and let me get close enough to make this shot.

I grew up in an artists family and as a child I was often painting and drawing. When I was nine years old we went on holidays to the mountains for the first time in my life. I fell in love immediately! One year later I had my first camera and I thought it was awesome! Taking pictures of beautiful landscapes, looking for the right composition, colours, light.. By now photography, and especially mountain photography, has become a true passion for me. I spend almost every day taking pictures or editing them.
