The story behind the artwork: As part of his art research, the artist is an avid traveller and is known for his expressive versatility. Throughout his successful career, the painter has been characterised by the high degree of multidisciplinary professionalism in his creative research.

Having travelled to Japan, he was fascinated by Japanese culture and nature and lived for many years in this culture with its ancient traditions and artistic techniques.

He has produced a sophisticated series of artworks in which he extensively explores the spirituality and phenomenology of the Land of the Rising Sun. The series, characterised by the use of different media, is a reprise of his time in Japan and features a refined language built on particular devices reminiscent of Zen calligraphy, the delicate chormatism of Japanese woodblock prints and the suspended atmospheres typical of the Kanō school.

Styles: Rural, new rural, romantic, industrial, retro, bohemian, minimalist, wabi-sabi, Japandi, Scandinavian furnishing style.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
