Daan van Oort (1973) studied dental technics in Nieuwegein (the Netherlands) and finished school in 2000 winning the “van Hamond” award being the best of his year.
After 20 years of experience in dental techniques, giving education to technicians in The Netherlands, Belgium and Thailand and as general manager of the oldest dental technician lab in the Netherlands he now focuses on several projects in the Dental world.
In 2007 he finished his study photography in Apeldoorn (the Netherlands), which he did besides his job as a dental technician. He now is a well-known lecturer in digital dental photography in the Netherlands after writing the first Dutch book about this subject (digitale mondfotografie “een praktische handleiding” ISBN 978 90 313 6875 4).
