Botanical Brilliance I Abstract watercolour in emerald / emerald green and sparkling gold The beautiful greens such as emerald green, emerald green and rainforest come together particularly beautifully with the sparkling, warm gold. The combination of colours creates a beautiful, chic glamour look with a hint of oriental mystery.
With nature outside becoming more beautiful and gorgeous, it is not only time to go outside, but also to bring the outside in. With this abstract watercolour, combined with various painting techniques, you bring nature inside in a subtle way through an abstract painting.
You can see in it what you want to see in it. And meanwhile, you dance to the rhythm of the wavy, diagonal lines in the warm colours of the painting. As if you walk with your face between the veils and let the wind dance the fabrics.
For me, this abstract watercolour feels like an oriental dance. It makes me think back to my gala dress in high school. A dress of shiny green with gold embroidery. Feel the sun, feel the spring, feel being outside, feel the freedom, the distance, the exotic, the infinity. I am taking you with me. On a journey. And dance.
I am MadameRuiz, and am an artist by profession. I hope to delight you with my work. Here in my profile, or on your wall :) Both are fun!
Will you let me know what you think of my work? I would love to get in touch with you. Also when you have one of my works in your home I am very curious about the end result in your interior.
I love everything that has to do with art, culture and creativity. Experiencing, creating, teaching and communicating. Through language, image, non-verbal and through the musical voice.
I became known for my commissioned ink portraits. My work was first shown to a large audience in the program VTWonen Weer verliefd op je huis (February 2021). I make many ink portraits of and for individuals; from pregnancy portraits, wedding portraits, child portraits, love portraits and family portraits to portraits of pets such as dogs, cats, horses and birds. These ink portraits are all handmade by the way, drawn and painted with east indian ink on watercolor paper.
In my shop at work on the wall you can order my Digital Art. Because I normally work almost exclusively on commission, my autonomous art via Digital Art is really a wonderful experimental outlet. This also means that I keep experimenting with painting techniques and collage techniques using Photoshop. Although I love to experiment, quality comes first
