About the artwork

In a heartwarming and magical moment, two children - a boy and a girl - are captured in an intimate and fleeting moment of shared discovery. Together they hold one umbrella, not to take shelter from the rain, but to create a soft shade against the warmth of the sun - how cute is that? The glow of the day envelops them, radiating the golden hues of endless summer afternoons - how wonderful! Halfway through their adventure, they are caught climbing over a stone fence. Just beyond the barrier lies the mysterious promise of new worlds! A lush mix of forest and meadow, ripe for discovery!
This painting is inspired by my own childhood! It is a joyous celebration of innocence, a magical moment in time where curiosity meets companionship. The stone gate is a gateway to adventure! It marks the threshold between the known and the unknown, the comforts of home and the mysteries that await beyond. The umbrella they share is a beautiful symbol of unity and protection, a small sign of cooperation that turns this sunlit adventure into something very special.
With this image, I invite viewers to connect with a deep nostalgia, to return to their own days of wonder and bold exploration. It is a reminder of the unspoken bond of friendship, where even the simplest moments - stepping over a fence, walking into the unknown - hold an incredible magic and joy.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
