You can see here a Great Nettle (Urtica dioica) standing among other Great Nettles. I brought the front nettle into sharp focus and blurred the others, so you get a nice sharp depth of field image. The nettle is nicely aligned at 1/3 from the right. I tried to capture a beautiful image of a plant known to many people as a painful plant, but the plant is full of vitamins and minerals that are good for humans. I made this image in Gouda. I made it because I wanted to show that a painful plant can also be portrayed beautifully. The different colours of green blend in nicely. This sculpture gives a natural look within the room of a nature-friendly and nature-loving person. It is mainly for people who want to blend in completely with their natural surroundings. It fits very nicely among flowers in a vase.
