Jan Koppelaar about Mud structure

This photo, called 'Mud structure', was taken in the Kersbergserak near Lexmond (South Holland, Netherlands). This natural area lies on river De Lek. Because it was low tide, but also because of the extreme low water in the Netherlands, large parts of the riverbed fell dry. This gave the landscape a completely different character. The sunset provided a beautiful colour palette.

Jan Koppelaar (1984) is from 2000 an enthusiastic hobby photographer. In 1999, he received his first 35 mm SLR camera. Since then he combines photography with enjoying nature. Jan is a self-taught. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
