Smit in Beeld consists of Jan and Mart Smit, father and son. Starting with small-scale photo workshops and courses Smit in Beeld came into being in 2005. In the meantime, the range has been further expanded with international photo tours, presentations at home and abroad, and a diverse photo collection. Both gentlemen of Smit in Beeld have been successful in leading photo competitions such as: Wildlife Photographer of the Year, European Photographer of the Year, Lowlands and the Green Camera. Two photographers who have pledged their hearts on the Dutch beach. The result is a boke called "Aan Zee" the dynamics of the Dutch beach.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
