"Star-crossed lovers" is a staged work of art that explores the universal themes'of love, desire and obstacles. It is inspired by the classic story of Romeo and Juliet, but translated into a modern setting.
In this artwork, we see two lovers intensely in love with each other. Their gazes full of passion and the way they hold each other radiate love and happiness. Yet something separates them, an invisible barrier that prevents them from being together.
The hotel they find themselves in symbolises the world they live in, full of romance and longing. It is a place where they can meet, but also a place that reminds them of the challenges and obstacles that stand in the way of their love.
The artwork invites the viewer to further explore the story of these lovers. Will they overcome the obstacles and allow their love to blossom, just as Romeo and Juliet did? Or will they remain trapped in a tragic situation?
"Star-crossed lovers" is a visual narrative that reflects the power of love and the complexity of human relationships. It raises questions and stimulates the imagination, inviting the viewer to bring his or her own interpretation to the story.
