Yes, this too is Rotterdam. This little scene with historic buildings, a giant tree and a barge, reflected in the still waters of a canal, is in the middle of that metropolis with its tall towers.
Protagonist in this image is of course the chestnut with its beautiful autumn colours. To its left, we see a national monument, the Zakkendragershuisje, now a cultural centre.
And the canal, that's the Aelbrechtskolk. The scene is in Delfshaven, once a colony of Delft but for a long time a district of Rotterdam.
