About the artwork

Two figures are crouching together, joined by an invisible but obvious bond of friendship.This painting captures a moment in time – a shared secret between two schoolgirls, as innocent as it is deep.One girl leans in slightly, her lips almost parted, as if she's just said something too wonderful to hold in. Her friend is laughing so hard she's almost falling over with joy. She's clutching her knees, as if she needs them to keep her steady.The colours are all soft and sunny, and they make the scene feel warm and happy. Their uniforms are a bit rumpled from playing, which makes you think about the bigger world they live in – a world of being spontaneous and not worrying about the complicated stuff in life yet.This work is my tribute to the purity of childhood friendships – those precious, short but intense friendships where you can just talk and laugh without worrying about anything. It makes you feel nostalgic and think about how good it was to be a kid and have a best friend.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
