Henk Langerak about radio Kootwijk, Netherlands

Radio Kootwijk is a former transmitter park on the Veluwe, west of the town of Apeldoorn, which in the first half of the 20th century formed an important communication link between the Netherlands and its then colonies, particularly the Dutch East Indies. It was built from 1918 onwards. Housing was also built for workers, which went on to form the village of the same name.

When I come somewhere, I immediately think in pictures. What is interesting here; how can I best portray this? Photography is a passion, which doesn't pass if I don't have a camera with me. I have a broad taste. Landscapes, panoramas, macro, animals, people. Everything fascinates me and it shows in my photographs. I have published in newspapers and magazines. And my photographs have been shown at many exhibitions, both solo exhibitions and group exhibitions. I am a member of Alphoto photo club in Alphen aan den Rijn and a member of the FotoBond. What can be seen on this site is only a very small part of my extensive oeuvre. Please take a look at my weblog and my websites.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
