I am Manfred Rautenberg, for many years I am passionate about photography and its creative implementation. My focus is on maritime motifs, ie port impressions and impressions of the sea, beach, mudflats. Also detail photographs of maritime forms and structures belong to it. The photos are usually subjected to a multi-stage image processing, resulting in collages and compositions that have a painterly, abstract appearance.
I was born in 1947 and grew up on the North Sea coast. After a long absence due to work, I am back again. My photographic enthusiasm for the coastal landscape is correspondingly great. In my original profession I was -as a graduate engineer with studies at the TU Braunschweig- owner of a seminar company for process, quality and environmental management.
