Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Closed castle’ by Frank's Awesome Travels

The beautiful Alnwick Castle near the town of Alnwick, England, United Kingdom. We drove quite a while up North only to discover that the castle was closed for visitors because of restoration work. The only thing left to do was to admire it from a distance. Nice to know that this castle was used in the Harry Potter films.

This gives me plenty of time to spend on one of the most fascinating hobbies I have, pho­tography. It combines really well with travelling, another passion of mine.
