About ‘Making friends’ by Arjen Roos

"Photo montage "Making friends"" is an imaginative and narrative work of art that focuses on contrasts and imagination. It shows a little schoolgirl in a school uniform unexpectedly befriending a majestic whale as they float together in a rowboat in the middle of open water.

The photomontage combines various elements to create an enchanting image that takes the viewer into a world full of adventure and magic. The contrast between the little girl and the imposing whale creates a sense of wonder and poignancy.
