"Rubik's Realism" is a mixed-media artwork that explores the complexity of the human mind and perception. This piece is a fusion of traditional and contemporary art techniques, using AI, hand-drawn elements, vector graphics, and paint, alongside cut-out collage elements and authentic newspaper pages's realism. This layering of materials and methods reflects the layering of our personalities and the myriad facets of our identity.

The two Rubik's cubes in front of the figure's eyes symbolise the challenges and mysteries we all carry within us. They ask the viewer to look beyond the surface, to see the depth and nuances that lie within each of us. Like solving the cube, understanding a person requires time, patience and insight.

The newspaper excerpts in the background resonate with the idea that we are all part of a larger story, our lives intertwined with world history and current events. The text fragments provide a contextual background and add an element of time and place to the portrait.
