About ‘Seventies pattern’ by Arjen Roos

My abstract artwork "Seventies pattern" is a square work that carries a hint of the 1970s. It is part of a series of square works with the same colour palette, making for a harmonious whole.

What makes this work extra interesting is that it can form a pattern when several works are placed together. The pattern continues into the second work, creating a seamless continuation. This allows you to get creative and playfully hang multiple copies of the work against each other, to create a unique and personal pattern that suits your interior.

Using a pattern adds a dynamic element to the artwork and can create visual interest and movement. It allows you to create your own unique composition, where the works complement each other and form a coherent whole.
