Silva the Whippet at Kvernufoss in Iceland. A dog photographer's trip to Iceland would not be complete without taking photos of it's canine inhabitants. Silva was one of the models. Even though the noise of waterfall was quite intimidating, Silva stood there like a professional model.
From a young age, I was always into photography. I lost this passion over time. With the arrival of my Samoyed Nanuq in 2016, I rediscovered it again. It started with simple phone photos during my walks with her, but eventually led to my first introduction to the world of dog photography. Over the following years, I have increasingly immersed myself in everything related to dog photography and the post-processing involved. Without any
planned beforehand, I eventually became a professional dog photographer. Since the beginning of 2018, I started offering dog photography sessions under the name Nanuq Dog Photography. Since I would never have become a dog photographer without Nanuq, I thought it was fitting to use her name as my business name. I have since been able to develop my own style which is characterised by using a 'moody' atmosphere combined with the use of deep colours.
Besides Photoshoots, you can now also come to me for photography workshops and a book written by me about post-processing photos.
