About ‘Splashing water.’ by Anneke Hooijer

Next to the black beach of Praia do Porto do Seixal is a pier, making it well protected from strong currents.
The beach and pier are on the west side of the village. At the moment, it is not wise to walk onto this pier, as the wind pushes the water in big waves over the pier. It is a true spectacle to see.
