Pan-Mediterranean Art
Art that builds a dialogue, celebrating both the complexity and beauty of the cultures around the Mediterranean Sea, without falling into cultural appropriation or stereotypes. This art emphasizes the shared geographical and cultural characteristics of the region, including artistic traditions, historical influences, and social practices, extending from the European coasts to the North African and Middle Eastern countries. It encompasses a variety of art styles and subjects, from traditional to modern, and from abstract to figurative.
