Flowers at Castildetierra

An impressive desert landscape near Castildetierra, the famous rock formation in the Bardenas Reales in Spain. The monumental mountain, shaped by wind and water, stands out sharply against the clear blue sky. In the foreground, a few flowering daisies provide a surprising contrast: fragile life in a dry and rugged landscape. An atmospheric travel photograph that adds tranquillity, space and the pure power of nature to your home.

About the photographer

Born and bred in Amsterdam, Peter Bartelings feels a strong connection to his city. Over the years, he has frequently captured Amsterdam, from iconic spots to lesser-known cityscapes. Cities and landscapes at home and abroad, as well as nature and macro photography, also form part of his versatile portfolio.

As well as photography, Peter is involved in digital art. In this, he combines photography and image editing, giving classical masterpieces, amongst other things, a contemporary, sometimes surprising twist.

Peter’s work is regularly sold and has now found a home on walls in various European countries.
