Galloping Horse Color Burst

A white horse gallops in profile across an open ground, captured mid stride with lifted hooves and a focused expression. The body is built with soft neutral washes and darker accents that define the legs and shadows. Behind the horse, a dramatic cloud of color expands like a moving wake, shifting through teal, deep blue, green, coral, and warm amber. Fine splashes and subtle drips appear along the base, adding texture and energy while the background stays clean and bright.

The inspiration for this artwork comes from the idea that motion leaves a trace, as if speed could carry color through the air. I wanted the scene to feel light and powerful at the same time, with a calm figure cutting through a storm of pigment.

The atmosphere is uplifting and intense, balancing warm and cool tones in a wide open space. For me, it speaks about freedom and momentum, the moment when you commit and everything behind you becomes blur. In an interior, it brings a strong focal point and works beautifully in living rooms, offices, or studios that welcome expressive color without losing clarity.
