Inner Peace in a Chaotic World

This painting is a reflection on the search for inner peace in the midst of a hectic world. At its centre is a woman in profile, a symbol of stoic strength and serenity. Her gaze is calm, focused on something beyond the visible - a sign of introspection and self-control. On her head rest two birds, light and peaceful. They represent freedom and a pure connection with nature, a contrast to the tall building in the background, symbolising the ever-bustling modern world. Her head is surrounded by a large yellow circle that dominates everything. This circle represents enlightenment, mental clarity and the idea that our consciousness is at the core of our existence. The sky, slightly cloudy and in motion, reflects the constant change of life. It adds a gentle dynamic to the composition, while reminding us of the impermanence of everything around us. I hope this work evokes a sense of calm and invites the viewer to reflect on inner peace in a world full of chaos.
