Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beta feature. You need an AR-capable device (a recent iPhone/iPad or Android). The AR view is only an indication; colour, size and finish may differ in reality.

About ‘Mega structures’ by Ger Nielen

"Mega structure", that is the impressive" Pont de Normandie", over the Seine at Honfleur, and Le Havre for sure.
Standing under the bridge is even more impressive than driving over it.
For this photo, an HDR technique was used to make drawing in the underside of the bridge visible against the much lighter sky.

Original created by Ger Nielen.

Meet the artist

Ger Nielen

Castricum, Netherlands

Once, sometime in the 1960s, started with a Box camera. After that, photography never left him. Around 1990, he focused mainly on aerial photography, but nowadays travel and landscape photography are his passion. This still involves photo editing, such as HDR and to enhance the mood, especially in black-and-white images.
