About ‘Quince Blossom’ by Dorothy Berry-Lound
A picture of beautiful quince blossom flowers in spring. Later, the fruits resemble a cross between a pear and an apple. But the fruit is very hard and tart so not meant for eating raw. They make great jam, jelly or beverages. Quince jelly is a favorite.
