About ‘Smoke Garlic’ by Dorothy Berry-Lound

Smoked garlic for sale at a farmers market in Sussex. Whole garlic bulbs displayed on a beautiful slices of wood. Smoked garlic is partially cooked as it has been smoked over wood chips for 48 hours and will last 4-6 weeks. It combines the light sweetness of roast garlic with an earthy smokiness.
