Spyker C8 Spyder.
Spyker.
Dutch pride and a special car brand.
The brand unveiled the C8 in 2000 to loud cheers.
Spyker received the prestigious Institute of Vehicle Engineers Design Award for this.
As one of only 250 cars built, this Spyker is as unique as any other Spyker.
Beautiful and unique design details like the handmade propeller steering wheel (one of many references to Spyker's roots in aviation.), the gullwing doors and the one-of-a-kind open gearshift.
The brand's motto:
"nulla tenaci invia est via"
(translated it means "for perseverers, no road is impassable")
For me, this car is nostalgia for my childhood. Therefore, photographing and experiencing this car feels like a dream.
For this image I used the FDL Technique. (Focused diffused lighting.) In short, 'soft light to focus on the design of the car'.

Exclusive Car Fine Art Photography
I love cars and especially their design. Cars are true pieces of art on wheels.
Subtle lines, smooth curves, angular shapes, beautiful details and materials defining a car and brand.
The FDL Technique (focused diffused lighting) gives me artistic freedom to create truly unique images and shoot ‘Art on Wheels’.
