About ‘The blue hour at the North Cape’ by Karla Leeftink
The day is almost over and the mudflats turn blue at the level of the North Cape. The yellow-orange hues of the sunset add some colour to the Wadden Sea. The tides do their work here daily in an endless rhythm. Just a little more enjoyment before dark.

Karla Leeftink prefers to photograph in the peace and quiet of early mornings with a hint of mysterious mist. She also likes the wide open Wadden Sea landscapes and rough Norwegian fjord landscapes. Standing under the stars she is in her element and impressed by creation.
